  • 12 weeks of 1:1 implementation support. Weekly calls with me to plan, build and launch. You get personal guidance, feedback and clear next steps so you always know what to do next.

  • Done-with-you lead magnet and workshop. We co-create a lead magnet and signature workshop that fit your offer and audience so you attract the right people from day one.

  • Email and messaging assets created with you. Together we write your nurture emails and key messaging so everything sounds like you and moves people to book or buy.

  • Hands-on troubleshooting support. When you go live, I am in the trenches with you, checking tech, fixing issues and optimising so nothing stalls your momentum.

  • Ongoing access to the Track & Nurture platform. You keep access to the software, including future updates and improvements so your system stays current and scalable.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes you can, there are no fixed-term contracts here. You will need to cancel your app with 7 days notice before your next rebilling date.

How is Track & Nurture different from other CRMs?

Every Track & Nurture app includes our pre-built lead generation funnel and follow-up automation, giving you the launchpad you need to get your lead magnet out there and building your email list. On top of that, we will be releasing landing page templates and pre-built automations over time. You will also receive an onboarding walkthrough program to show you around the app, plus a support training portal you can easily access within the app.

How do I get trained and onboarded?

Once you have signed up (via the form on this page) you will receive an email with your access details to your new app. You will also receive another email that will onboard you step by step via a course that you can follow along at your own pace.

Is there a limit to how many contacts I can have?

No. We do not set a limit on how many contacts or users you have within your app.

Do you provide a done-for-you setup option?

Our "Momentum" track has a done-for-you "set up only" element. We work WITH you for rest of the process as we've found clients get better results that way. We do offer a "done-for-you" funnel, If you're interested, simply reply to the confirmation email and we'll give you the details.

Are there any additional fees?

Yes, there can be. Depending on your usage, you need to expect to pay for phone number registration, SMS, email sending and phone line usage. Here is a detailed outline of some additional fees you may be charged.
